- Have had a serial key issued to the purchaser, and the serial key has been used to authorize the software
- The customer already has purchased/acquired the same product previously
- The customer finds a lower price at a later date or on a different platform
- The customer simply does not like or find useful
Yoozmusic.com stuff strongly advises checking what software and hardware are required to use the products and the minimum hardware requirements necessary. Such information is always provided on the product pages. We also advise that customers download the free demo of products (when applicable) before purchasing to ensure that the product works on their system and meets their needs. Yoozmusic.com does not refund products that require other software to use (Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries, Software Synth Preset Banks). The customer bears the responsibility to have the knowledge required to use the product.
